Asiarooms.com's Community (the "AsiaRooms Community") is owned by Asiarooms Pte Ltd ("AsiaRooms"), a Singapore registered Company with registered office at 73 Bukit Timah Road, #03-01 Rex House, Singapore 229832.
The following Tips and Etiquette indicates the manner in which AsiaRooms hopes and intends that the AsiaRooms Community will evolve.
The following Terms and Conditions set out (i) the rules which you must abide by to participate in the AsiaRooms Community and (ii) the rights that AsiaRooms holds in directing the AsiaRooms Community (in order to attempt to make the AsiaRooms Community relevant to Travel, and free from non relevant and offensive content).
1. Tips and Etiquette
AsiaRooms will respect your postings in the AsiaRooms Community and will not delete or change what you write without cause.
Please write information in the AsiaRooms Community forums that you believe you would find useful for the purpose of Travel. If you do this, others will very likely value your comments. Consequently other people will be more likely write something that you will find useful or will value.
Each member will have different view points and opinions. We believe this will add to the depth of critique of topics discussed in the AsiaRooms Community forums. Please do not criticize other members or their opinion but add constructive information to positively support your own opinion.
If posting to an existing thread please make your comments relevant to the content of that thread.
If you want to start a new topic of discussion or provision of information please start a new thread. Do not change the direction of an existing thread by providing information and views that are not relevant to that thread. When starting a new thread state clearly what you wish to discuss or introduce simply and clearly what you are about to write about. In general giving a reasonable amount of detail and personal views (rather than just facts) leads to a more active and useful discussion within the AsiaRooms Community forums.
Each member will have different view points and opinions. Please do not criticize other members or their opinion but add constructive information to positively support your own opinion.
Please remember that many people participating in the AsiaRooms Community have English as a second language. Therefore, please use language that is easily understood
Please be aware that all information posted in the AsiaRooms Community forums is made available to the public and therefore all users should consider carefully before disclosing any personal information in the AsiaRooms Community.

2. General Terms and Conditions
By using the AsiaRooms Community in anyway, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
AsiaRooms reserves the right to remove the AsiaRooms Community from www.asiarooms.com at any time without any prior warning or consent from any persons whatsoever.
AsiaRooms reserves the right to move or delete any content from the AsiaRooms Community without prior warning and without the consent of any authors of the information or any persons whatsoever.
AsiaRooms reserves the right to immediately terminate at any time, any AsiaRooms Community Account of any member without giving reason.
All postings in the AsiaRooms Community must be made in English. Postings in other languages may be deleted by AsiaRooms.
You / the authors are responsible for your / their own postings in the AsiaRooms Community forums. All postings within the AsiaRooms Community are the views of the authors and the validity of these views is not verified by AsiaRooms. AsiaRooms is not responsible for any postings within the AsiaRooms Community forums. However, AsiaRooms will make best endeavours to make the AsiaRooms Community free of non relevant or offensive content by deleting such content where identified.
Upon posting any content into the AsiaRooms Community you / the authors are giving a soft license to AsiaRooms to use this content.
You will not copy and publicise any comments included within the AsiaRooms Community without the author's and AsiaRooms prior written consent.
The AsiaRooms Community may contain links to other websites. AsiaRooms is not responsible for these links or the content of the associated websites

3. Non Relevant and Offensive Content
The AsiaRooms Community is intended to provide information about travel, places, accommodation, tips, attractions and activities aimed at the traveler. Non relevant content will be deleted by AsiaRooms so that the AsiaRooms Community remains focused on providing travel information that AsiaRooms customers may be interested in.
Language or names that are in anyway indecent or offensive are not permitted within the AsiaRooms Community. This includes, but is not limited to, obscenities, profanities, insults, or anything that attempts to maliciously criticize another member of the AsiaRooms Community or criticize the opinion of another member of the AsiaRooms Community.
Any references to adult content or links to adult content are not permitted and will be removed immediately by AsiaRooms where identified.
No comments may be made of any illegal activities including references of where to find or perform, or how to perform illegal activities.
No inclusion of any copyrighted material of any form is permitted in the AsiaRooms Community and no newsletters or press releases are permitted.
No inclusion of URLS promoting other websites in ways that are not perceived by AsiaRooms management to be informative and beneficial to the members of the AsiaRooms Community is permitted. Any URLS included must be relevant to Travel and free of any offensive content.
No advertising of any kind is permitted within the AsiaRooms Community and any sort of Spamming will result in immediate termination of the member's AsiaRooms Community account.
If you would like to report to AsiaRooms management anything in the AsiaRooms Community that you find in anyway offensive, simply click on the "Report this Message" button which is located below each posting in the AsiaRooms Community. This will be sent to AsiaRooms management.

4. Set Up of Account and Usage
If you wish to make a posting in the AsiaRooms Community you must set up a user / member account. These accounts are to indentify one member from another and ensure that each member has signed up to and agreed with the AsiaRooms Community Terms and Conditions set out herein.
You certify that you are 16 years of age or over.
AsiaRooms Community Accounts are not to be shared between individuals.
Please be aware that all information posted in the AsiaRooms Community is made available to the public and therefore all users should consider carefully before disclosing any personal information in the AsiaRooms Community.

5. Privacy
The only information that will be made available to the public / to the AsiaRooms Community is your account name (in all cases) and your email BUT ONLY IF YOU MANUALLY TICK A BOX TO DISCLOSE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. AsiaRooms WILL NOT disclose your email to anyone or to the AsiaRooms Community without your consent. Disclosure of any other personal information can only be made by you and is entirely at your discretion. We advise that you think carefully before disclosing any personal information or your email address to the AsiaRooms Community.
Cookies will be set in your browser. These cookies do not contain any personal information.
AsiaRooms will not share or provide any personal information to third parties without your prior consent unless required to do so under law.
The only data that we will hold relating to you is that which you submit at time of opening your account for the AsiaRooms Community being User / Account name, First name, Last name, Date of Birth, Location, and email address.
