Never tried Moroccan cuisine, but have heard that the most famous dishes are Couscous, Pastilla (Bastilla), and Harira.

Common dessert is kaab el ghzal ("gazelle's horns"wink_smile, which is a pastry stuffed with almond paste and topped with sugar.
