We went to Beijing almost 3 months ago and kept wowing at the preparation going on for the Olympics. We stayed there for 7 days, and everyday there would a new location we would come across. We went around Tiananmen Square quite a few times, but it was only on the day before the last that we actually stopped there for a gaze. All I can say...it was unbelievable! The four marble lions are simply awesome. It's a 'must visit' if you happen be in Beijing. I think I didn't have enough and so, wish to come back for another round later this year.

I've heard Tiananmen Square is symbol of Beijing and worth to visit so I wanna see it with my own eyes.

In Chinese culture, lions are believed to protect humans from evil spirits. Is it true?

Wow... so jealous! have u visit the 'Forbidden Palace'? If so pls share yr experience quick hehehe... I look at it photos and wonder if i can be there someday.
