One of my friends enjoyed snorkeling in Bouldercity .

The water there is still clean .

been dive in most of eastern part of Indonesia, I would say go for ´Pulau Ai´in Banda Islands or Komodo.
It´s gonna be a bit difficutl to get to the fist spot, but you should give a try to Komodo, it´s superb!
