Next month, I'll be on my business trip in Hiroshima and will have almost 2 days off. Besides Miyajima , anyone can recommend where to go?

There're so many interesting places in Hiroshima.
- The Hiroshima Castle
- Hakushima /the Shukkeien Garden
- Peace Memorial Park A-Bomb Dome
- etc. etc.

Or may be u can walk to taste the "Okonimiyaki" (very popular dish here) it sometimes call japanese pizza but i don't think it looks like pizza teeth_smile

Or you may buy "One-day Trip Card" which available for all streetcar lines: 600Yen for adult (not sure for a chd) then u can explore the city buy street car all day. (don't get lost! try remember your hotel well.)

Umm... a hot spa in the hot spring resort also a good choice, check it out!

I agree with Nakayu because for Hiroshima Castle and Shukkeien Garden because it's not far from Hiroshima so if you wanna walk there from Hiroshima Station, it's just 6 minutes for Hiroshima Castle and 15 shockedminutes for Shukkeien Garden so I think it's really beautiful.mangawink_smilelol

The A-Bomb Dome is one of the most frequented place, both by tourists and locals. The atom bomb is said to have exploded above the dome, and it's also a world heritage site now.

Do make it a point to visit the Shukkeien Garden to see some classic landscaped beauty.

Museum are plenty...and so won't waste your time in naming them. they are just about anywhere.

Bon voyage..
