I want to add in the KL handcraft centre. The place have moved to a new building which is very close to the Pavilion KL (along the Jalan conlay) if you not sure then try the KL hop in and hop out bus. The bus will bring you there directly. I'm having good time painting my own BATIK and it cost me about RM 20 (cotton) RM 25 (silk) i feel like a batik maker! i can choose my design and my colour! there is alot of young children & adult enjoying the batik painting. The staff is really nice n friendly. But make sure you negotiate price when you buy some souverniers.

Just wanted to add some sidekicks............

Commonly known as KL, Kuala Lumpur is a fine example of "past meets present". With a towering presence of modern wonders, there are still present old colonial-era buildings amidst the grandeur which speak a lot of the previous attachments.

Dataran Merdeka has fine examples of colonial buildings and there's the Petaling Street which still has those century-old midnight lamps.

However, for some sizzling sky-scrappers, see the Petronas Towers, but at night!

Cheers!!
