we stayed 2 nights in this excellent hotel.
we have booked the deluxe chalets room type.
luckily, as there were some rooms left, the staff upgraded our room to premier chalet with seaview during the check-in. we were so lucky and thanks so much to them! very great first impression!

Berjaya is big, in front of berjaya is its private beach and a wonderful seaview, back of it is a forest, you can see the monkeys stand on the tree. in the afternoon, you have to locked your window and door because the monkeys will climb to your chalets to look for food(they know everyone has gone out of berjaya for fun and leaves the rooms empty). walk from your chalet to resturant and beach may take you 10 or more minutes as it is big. so they provide a shuttle car in their resort. you just pick up the phone to click #4 or tell the staff at the reception, they will arrange the car to pick you up and go whereever you want to go in the resort. they are all nice people and helpful.

Location:
it's far from the Kuah Town, i drove at 70~80km/hr, it took about 50mins from Kuah Town to Berjaya. near Berjaya is the Oriental Village and 7 wells. you can ask the shuttle car to drive you to the Village. it takes only 1 or 2 minutes, SO CLOSE!! in the village you can take a cable car trip. to the 7 wells, i drove from Berjaya only took 5 minutes, not so far for the sightseeing.

Eating:
the breakfast in the Dayang Cafe is variety and free. it tastes good. There is a beach resturant besides their private beach. we ordered 1 small spagetti and 1 regular pizza, it charged RM 55. we think the price was OK for the quality and the view. we really enjoyed our lunch!

Room quality and Room service:
our room was clean and tidy. everythings look new and fresh. bathtub is enough for me. once i forgot i had turned off the power of heat water, i call the room service. then after about 5 mins, the guy came and check, taught me to turn on again. he rode a motocycle to our room while it was raining. we felt they are really great staff!

leixure:
they have a swimming pool with a "water bar". we sat at the bar and ordered 2 drinks(young coconut was sold out, young coconut is only RM6. in langkawi, its price is around RM4.5~5.0, not so expensive in Berjaya!). it costed about RM25. it was acceptable as we were drinking in the swimming pool and enjoying the music. i have never been in the "water bar"! thank you Berjaya!
The private beach is not so big and special, the sands was a little bit rough.

Over all, Berjaya is worth to stay, staff are nice and the foods are good, nice view and ambiance!
