Well..... Hand-knotted wool carpets are thick, warm, and inexpensive but really heavy <if u feel it worth carry it back, this'll be a good choice teeth_smile

Or may be u can buy some tea or spices back for ya friend.

"Thanka" is also a good choice. It's a kind of painting mostly about Buddhist belief.

U can find Thanka all over Kathmandu & Bhaktapur.

I've seen on TV programme this country has lots of intersting place to visit but i could not remember the name. People seems polite and friendly but i may be wrong for that.mangamangamanga
