I suggest Blu restaurant at the Shangri-La Hotel. It's located on 24th Floor, Tower wing.

Nice food, nice view so romantic. It's awarded WSingapore's Top Restaurants", Wine & Dine, 2003-2006
"Singapore's Best Restaurants", Singapore Tatler, 2003-2006 regular_smile

Ps. It's non-smoking o_o

Singapore is not called food paradise for nothing. You can get lots of food anyway and even at any time. THe last writer is talking about high end restaurants. You can get food centres anyway and at reasonable prices. Plus from anywhere in the world. There is no particular place really, depends on what kind of food you want to try. all the best
