I am the owner of Thai Agency Company. My friend who works for the agency in ChiangMai recommended me to stay here for the stopover flight. I and my friends booked the room for Triple room but they gave us for only twin room (2 beds). We don't know why? Before we check in, we've already ask for triple room (we prefer to pay more money but they ignore us). The receptionists and the bell boys are rude to us. We still have to pay extra money for breakfast another 500 baht on the next morning (when we check-out). They serve you American breakfast buffet but, be careful about the juice !!!! That's not fresh and some of dish can not eat. The hotel has many rooms available, but I saw only 10 customers there. First time I visit there I think this hotel is good location (although the building quite old) but when I stay there the staff quite rude and not friendly.

I thought this hotel maybe good for the foreigners only. If you are Thai people, they will ignore you.

Did you reserve through Asiarooms.com, if so you can send an email to check with them and they will sort it out for you.
