If i'd like to try the real traditional Nothern Thai Food where should i go?

Also what is don't missed dishes if i go to Chiang Mai?

I've been there once and ate only fried eggs and sticky rice. So this time i don't wanna miss a chance to try real Thai esp. Chiang Mai food wink_smile

I can recommend ' Khao Soi ; Northen -style noodle.

It 's a perfect mixture of traditional yellow noodle and curry soup served with cooked beef or chicken.

The taste is so rich.mangamanga

The best one I tried is Khao Soi in Doi Pui ; 7 kms form Doi Suthep. It takes one hour by motobike from CM university to get there but I'm sure it is worth trying.

I agree to recommend "Khao Soi" with chuchu. It's really delicious and I wanna eat it again but it's rarely dish outside northern Thailand.
