Hi,

I stayed at Casa Del Mare once last Jan. It is a nice hotel and located on the private beach.

It is also easily access to HuaHin night market which you can find many stuffs to eat and buy.

Lets check it out

Ps...make sure you rent a car coz it is difficult to find a local taxi cry_smile

You might as well try the Haven Resort in Hua Hin. It has a nice ambiance and is located on the beachfront. perfect for a romantic holiday. Th resort has private villas which are reasonably priced and the same time has some great facilities. Recommended!

Hua Hin is a good place for relax with an admosphere of old town but not very good if u love swimming.

As Hua = head, or top
Hin = rock

So the beach full of rocks and it is not as nice as the beach in the southern part of Thailand like Phuket or Krabi but it good if u like to tan yr body and read some books, then take a walk for night market but i think day-local market is really interesting as u can buy fresh seafood with a very very cheap price.

For example i bought 1 kg of crab <about 3 big crabs> cost me only 350Baht <about 10$>,and i paid 20baht for the shop that provide steam service, carry it back to the hotel hehehe yummy!!! manga

By Air-conditioned bus:
Buses leave Hua Hin every 30 to 45 minutes from 3 a.m. to 9 p.m. The trip to the Southern Bus Terminal in Bangkok takes about three hours. Cost approx 170 baht

Refer to the party, not sure if you meant the Jazz festival or not, the coming Hua Hin Jazz Festival is 01 Jun 2009 - 30 Jun 2009 (Date to be confirmed.)
