As a Thai, my favourite dish is 'Fried egg' hehehelol2
what make Thai fried egg different from omelette is fish sauce, which every house in Thailand should have it.

A taste of fish sauce which added to most of Thai Dishes makes them taste really good.

It's really easy to cook a Fried egg:
stur 2-3 eggs and add fish sauce, oyster sauce also u can add slice chillies or shallot.
Then fried it on the hot plan which already added cooking oil.
Finally u'll get a tasty dish eat with steam rice, yummy! lol

I like tom yam (a spicy and very aromatic soup); you may choose from chicken (Kai), fish (plaa) or prawn(kung). My preferred one is tom yam kung. Don't miss kao pad kung (fried rice with shrimps) and plaa tod (fried wholw fish) and more. Try crab in indian curry.

I used to love Tom Yum Kung but since I tried Tom Kha Kai that has changed. I love Khao Niew. There's some other's I don't know their names. If you decide to try KFC, try something unique to the KFC in Thailand, it's much better but spicy 'Khao Yum Kai Saap' there's another but I keep forgetting the name because I think the one I mentioned taste better.
