One My frineds falls in love with Thai kick boxing and decided to spend around 1 year learning the art.

If it is,at all possible , for him get get 1 year visa to do so?

He has no intention to WORK during the year and wants everthing to be 100 %legitimate.

Any comments will be appriciated.

I don't think he can get a one year student visa only by learning Muay Thai. He eventually can learn Thai language and get a one year visa.
I will recommend you My Thai Language School for that.
Good school and teachers.regular_smile
