I have found a list of some guesthouse in Paris started cost from €50 per night, hope it might help!

-Russel B&b Paris from €50 per night:
Room with breakfast facilities in beautiful house with garden. Only 8 metro stops from Chatelet and the Louvre. Phone: (0033) 6 82 53 26 83

-Saint Charles Guest Room Eiffel Tower Bed & Breakfast Paris from €23 per night:
It is a quiet guest-room for female students or female travelers only. It is located in Paris 15th, 15min walking from Eiffel Tower, many stores and markets around, convenient busses and metro.

-Paris Oasis Guest House from €60 per night:
There are 5 bedrooms covered pool, garden in this guest house. A perfect short term rental in Paris for tourists or business travellers. No smoking house.

-Paris Bed And Breakfast from €55 per night:
There are two rooms with a nice view on the Seine. The village is near Paris and enables you to access to the Paris area. This lodging is a 19th-century character house with a garden full of flowers in La Frette sur Seine, a small charming village

Most of the hotels in Paris are well-connected by the subway system and reaching any tourist attraction shouldn't be a problem. An interesting fact.....most budget hotels in Paris have a dining room, but that's not a full-fledged restaurant. Though restaurants are just a stone throw from any hotel in Paris. I mean most of them.or they will surely have room service. I believe asiarooms itself has a huge selection of hotels in Paris.

regards.

hey buddy, I can't agree less with you. Paris does have a very effective subway system and connects well with most of the tourist attractions. An interesting thing about Paris --- hotels in Paris are never far from subway stations.

All you need to do is decide upon whether you want to stay in a crowded locality or a quiet one. I stayed in a hotel which had a very tranquil locality. I wondered why! After a bit of research, I came to know that there's a cemetery right next to it. So, now you know where to look for a calm and quiet place!!
