drinking alcohol is not allowed, this is a practice for muslims or include foreigners . do the shop close at day time and open late night this month ?

Non-muslims do not have to fast during Ramadan but they are not allowed to drink, eat and smoke in all publics area. All the shops outside the hotel remain closed, food and drinks are only available in restaurants at hotels.
