For a first timer, Dubai might look like a concrete jigsaw puzzle, however, it's a very well-laid city and there's fair connectivity all throughout. You can cheap hotels as well as the super-expensive Burj Al Arab. You need not worry as almost, all the hotels in Dubai offer good facilities to woo travelers.

There's actually a lot to see, and most of what you come across are amongst the modern marvels. In the end, you'll have a good lot of things to tell your family when you go back home.

Wish you a wonderful vacation in Dubai!

Thanks Sarah,

I've heard that it's quite hard to get the visa to Dubai, is it true?

And in your opinion which way is the best to apply for visa: do it myself by contacting the embassy , via a travel agency or via a hotel?

I was checking through their some websites regarding their visa regulations. It has changed a lot from the last time I checked. However, tourists have little to worry about. most affected are those who are going for jobs in Dubai, rather than hotels in Dubai !!

Great info, buddy!

There are few other things that has to be kept in mind before you go to Dubai. Be very careful about drugs.....as the punichment could be quite harsh. So, stay away from it.......better still, stay away from suspicious people.

However, Dubai is the best destination for tourists, and these things should not deter you from getting here.

Cheers!!
