Dubai has a number of man-made islands which are nothing sort of an amazement. most of them are at a are very close to the beach, and house hotels by various hotel groups. One of the most famous is the Palm Islands. It's an awesome sight and you are sure to carry home a lot of cherished memories.

The World is also an amazing engineering feat which actually replicates the continents as seen on a flat world map.

After a visit, you can tell your friends that you visited the world!

I have seen some photographs on the net, but I'm unsure whether there's any accommodation available there at all. It would really be great if someone provides any information on accommodation / hotels in The World in Dubai.

Thanks a lot for the information on The World in Dubai. I believe there must be accommodation available there, or what would be its purpose. However, there are so many hotels in Dubai that you can also experience the fun while being on the mainland.

Have heard that now there're 3 palm islands in Dubai
- Palm Jumeirah
- Palm Jebel Ali
- Palm Deira

The Palm Islands are artificial peninsulas constructed of sand dredged from the bottom of the Persian Gulf!

That's so amazing!!!
