I really enjoyed the many yum cha restaurants in Sydney. These are the restaurants you go to for late breakfast or early lunch to enjoy a large number of Chinese dishes. Waitresses bring the dishes to your table on trolleys and you can select whatever you want.

List of Yum Cha restaurants in Sydney

For US travellers: I learned that "yum cha" is called "dim sim" in the USA.
