There's an airport at the edge of the city, and the nearest international airport is Lima. Taxis are the most common way to go around the city. There are a number of museums and places of historic importance which offer a lot of insight. It actually is an enriching experience.

However, avoid walking around in the night.

Regards.

Is it very dangerous walking down the street at night time? To commute by taxi is ok then? or is there any public transportation during night time?
