I'm interested in visiting 'Machu Picchu' (one of the new 7 wonders) but have no idea about preparing myself for a trip.
Does it quite hard to reach as it seems to be on moutains top? Should i fit myself in gym first hehehe

You're such an organize person, gym is a good idea to prepare yourself for a hard trip. Or you can practice from the mountain which closes to where you live.(i think you will never do it)

Hey Jin, i got some good news for us hehehe...
There're so many ways to get to Machu Picchu
BUS: but first u should catch the train in the early morning which takes u about 3 hrs to get to the base of the ruins. Then use a bus which gonna zig-zags up a steep of 2000 ft high up a mountain slope <takes about half an hour>
HIKING: Also u can hike from Cuzco area to Machu Picchu on a network of ancient paths collectively named the Inca (or Inka) Trail. This takes 2-10 days depending on your speed and choice of paths.
(i'll never taken this choice but maybe u like it hehehe...)
HELICOPTER: There is service between Cuzco and Aqua Calientes (near Machu Picchu). But don't have info about the travel agency name yet. Will tell u later.
Hope this'd help.

It's surely Dennis The Menace......but truly a well deserved applause for him.
On a serious note though, it is really an adventurous idea, and I wonder if any tour operator could actually extend out such packages. Dude, you can sell your suggestions to any bigwigs and earn some real green dollar!

Machu Picchu is absolutely beautiful I had done the 5 inca trail which was amazing as well, but machu picchu was the best part of the trek, it has some mystic energy which cannot be explained. I actually got myself a great deal combining Machu Picchu with the Galapagos Island, I highly recommend it, you can find more information here: machu picchu vacations
